You should have received a tracking number via email. I ship using PirateShip shipping service, so that's where the email will be from. If you haven't gotten your tracking number, let me know and I'll send you the link. Feel free to message me through Kickstarter or by email at [email protected]

Great news - the pins have been arrived!

 They got here yesterday, and the backing cards arrived today. I've sent out notices via backerkit that I'll be locking addresses tomorrow, so if you need to update them, please do so now. I'll be making another update soon to show you pictures of everything!

There are about 5 people who have not returned their surveys. Those surveys ask what pins you want, and collect your addresses. So I have no way of sending your pins unless you fill those out.

I still have a few steps before shipping things out. I need to check the pins and make sure there aren't any errors with the order, making sure they all look how I ordered them, pulling any pins that have defects, counting to make sure everything is there, and finally putting all the pins on their backing cards. So it will probably be about a week before your orders start shipping. So you can expect to see tracking numbers in your emails around that time.

If you have any last minute changes to your order, please contact me directly. If you order isn't already shipped, I'll be able to update it for you.

Reward surveys are sent!

Hello all!

Reward surveys are out and you should be getting them today.

There was a delay in sending them out as I've been sick. I wanted to wait until I was feeling better so that I could make sure I wasn't making mistakes while sending the surveys.

I had said in the last update that I would like for you to fill out the surveys by the 17th so I could order from my manufacturer right away, and therefore get rewards to you sooner. However since I am only now able to send out the surveys, I changed the "due date" to the 21st. Of course you're still getting your rewards even if you send them back after that, it's just that sending them back earlier helps me get things ordered earlier.

Hello all!

Thank you so much for your support! We have successfully been fully funded!

Now that we are funded, here's what you need to know about what happens next. Kickstarter is currently processing the funds, and after two weeks, it will release them to me. So I will order them from the manufacturer at that time. I'll likely have the pins and be able to ship out mid to late June.

I'll be sending you reward surveys soon, they should show up in your inbox as either being from us "Amber and Moss" or from backerkit, who I use to process the surveys. The surveys are there to collect your shipping address, as well as find out which specific pins you want.

It is important that you fill out these surveys within the next two weeks, that way I can be certain I am ordering enough pins for everyone to get what they want. Of course I'll be ordering extra stock, but I want to make sure I am ordering in accordance with what everyone wants. For example; if every single person orders a frog pin, it's important i know that before placing the order so I can make sure I'm getting enough frogs to go around.

If you are planning on moving in the near future, just put in your current address for now. I'll send an notice before I actually ship so you can update your address if need be.

Stretch Goals Unlocked !?

Hi All!

I have weird news! Good news, but weird!

The Stretch goal is unlocked!!

You may find this odd, considering that stretch goals are things that happen after the initial goal. Well, you would be right about that. I had decided rather late in building the Kickstarter that I wanted to make one of the sets a stretch goal, to lower the initial goal with the hopes that we could get at least half of the pins made. But even though I planned that all in, reworked the numbers, I never updated the actual Kickstarter goal. Which means if we are funded, that is enough funding for ALL the pins.

So a bit of weird news, but still good. It means you can pledge for any of the pins, with no risk of us not making the stretch goal for the ones you want.
